PPA Cover

A large percentage of our work is covering PPA time. Schools will contact Excel-Sport to arrange pre-planned sessions when they know teachers have PPA time. By organising pre-planned slots our coaches will act on this & provide your school with either curriculum based PE sessions, sports coaching, or specific skill classes e.g. throwing, catching, hand-eye coordination etc...

Utilising Excel-Sport as an extra member of staff as proved successful & very cost effective.

School Superstars - Sports Days

AIM - To raise money for the school

This unique programme promotes knowledge regarding health & exercise whilst learning through FUN & INTERACTION. School Superstars is a set circuit with various challenges at separate points. The individual aims to score as many points as possible for your team, the points are then collated & transferred to eventually raise money for the school. Excel-Sport promotes new equipment for their PE department from the Superstars Sports day event.

Fit Kidz Workshop

Completed in School time & set out as a fast pace & colourful hour, the FitKidz workshop is catered for the whole school (reception to year 6) & provides the school with something to look forward to. Following a strict session plan from start to finish the workshop teaches visual stimulation, sound interaction & the 6 main elements of physical growth - STRENGTH, SPEED, STAMINA, CO-ORDINATION, POWER & FLEXIBILITY. This workshop has been widely accepted by child-brain stimulation experts & more importantly, parents.
