Excel-Sport will
work around your schools needs & requirements. If
you need a coach to teach a certain year or class for only
1 hour per week or if you would like us to organise a full
programme of events which involves us covering all teacher
PPA time then we can cater for both situations.

PPA
time: 4 main teaching sessions
National
Curriculum based session:
These sessions will
cover all aspects of the teaching spectrum. From throwing
& catching, hand-eye co-ordination to balance & working
as a team.
All sessions plans
& teaching regimes are presented before the session.
Health
& Fitness training session:
Each pupil will
receive a Personal Development Record card which they can
complete every time we teach a Health & fitness session
with them. These sessions will include physical &
mental tasks to complete & record, such as: How far can
they jump, can they bounce a tennis ball for 30 bounces, a
stepping test & so on. All record cards are tailored,
progressive & interactive for the individual, this helps
them to see for themselves how well they are developing.
Personal Development
Record cards have been a success in all our schools that utilise
these sessions.
Sports
specific coaching session:
Our coaches specialise
in various sports & therefore we can provide a wide range
of sports specific coaching to all ages & abilities.
Football, Basketball,
Hockey, Netball, Table Tennis, Tennis, Gymnastics, Dance,
Cheerleading, Aerobics, Cricket, Self Defence...
please ask if you
have a certain sport in mind, im sure we can help.
FitKidz
workshop session:
Our FitKidz workshop
is designed by our dance & fitness team therefore only
a few coaches are qualified to teach. Please contact David

PPA
Cover
A
large percentage of our work is covering PPA time. Schools
will contact Excel-Sport to arrange pre-planned sessions when
they know teachers have PPA time. By organising pre-planned
slots our coaches will act on this & provide your school
with either curriculum based PE sessions, sports coaching,
or specific skill classes e.g. throwing, catching, hand-eye
coordination etc...
Utilising
Excel-Sport as an extra member of staff as proved successful&
very cost effective.
